Get in touch with CyperPower Tech Support and if they determine there was a problem on their side, I am sure they will either replace yours or fix it. So far CyberPower has been great helping me and I have been using CyberPower for many years. CyberPower has good support and they answer pretty fast. Good Luck, God Bless
