I recommend getting a Watt Meter. These plug into the wall and then you plug whatever you plug your Computer system in it. Run your gaming rig by playing graphic and Cpu intense programs. Look at what the Meter says and look for a UPS that will cover it. For a descent shutdown time, Like 5min or more, keep the your average total Watt draw at 80% of the max amount of the UPS you get. You Can find these Meters online from various retailersm, Just GOOGLE it. See picture included with this answer. Hope this helps
