• Hello MsOutdoorsy, Yes, the unit has a mute button right over the LCD display. The only alarm that cannot be silenced is an overload alarm as that is something you'd want to address right away. Thank you for submitting your question!

• Yes, in fact I muted mine first thing. There is a YouTube review that shows you how. Under the arrow up key it reads muted, hold it for a few seconds to toggle mute/ un-mute

• There's is a mute button at the top of the unit. The alarms can also be disabled in the PowerPanel Software if you connect it to a computer via usb.
