I have a home backup generator. Will I have any voltage issue if it runs at possibly 63 cycles as opposed to the standard 60 cycles? null

Hello Bucko, We generally will not recommend these units with a generator unless it is an inverter generator because our units will detect fluctuating cycles as bad power. If the 63 cycles were a solid, constant 63 cycles, there would be no issue but most generators will output fluctuating frequencies. Thank you for submitting your question!

If the UPS you choose is pure sinewave technology, the device with correct that issue. the equipment will never know a difference as long as its plugged in.

Bucko, according the manufacturer’s technical specifications for this battery backup device, yes. That is the upper limit of its range.
