it could work with an oxygen concentrator, depending on the size of your machine. The only caveat is, whether your battery and your alternator is powerful enough to give it the juice. Otherwise, yes I think it should work except for maybe the larger type concentrators that will normally take up the whole passenger seat. Those need more power and if your vehicle battery does not produce the electrical power that your device needs, then this inverter will not be much help.

If the oxygen concentrator draws less than 160 watts this device will work for it.
