My recommendation is to get a 400 watt inverter or larger. Inverters over 400 watt will require direct connection to the battery. We are over the road drivers so we attempted to charge our laptops with it but they did not charge so we returned it and bought a 400 watt inverter from a different store because Best Buy did not have one over 400 watts in store.
