You can plug in two items, total of 175W max. I have an IdeaPad 3 and an Android phone (Note 10+) I keep plugged in and have no issues with. As you can see from top of the inverter you are able to plug in two 3-prong cords and one USB item on the reverse side of unit. And yes, it does plug into your cigarette lighter.

When plugging multiple devices into the unit, you will want to keep the total wattage draw under 120 watts as that is what this inverter is rated to provide continuously.
