Nearly all home modems and routers run on 120 v adapters that drop to 12 V - 19 V dc for the router or modem. Anywhere from 1-2 hours worst case depending on the condition of the UPS and how charged it was and how old the UPS was (IE how many charging cycles it has been through). A charging cycle is battery discharged or nearly discharged and recharged = 1 cycle has been my measuring stick. Having a UPS on all the time will cause the reliability of the unit to taper off over time and over time the UPS will discharge faster as the battery ION's in the chemicals lose the ability to transfer electrons which means it will not channel electricity.

Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later. If memory serves, the last time we had a lengthy power outage I had about half an hour with this unit. Plenty of time for me to finish what I was doing on the computer and make sure my iPhone was fully charged.
