• Hello KAM, That will depend on the power consumption of the electric recliner itself which will vary on the maker and model. This UPS has a 260 watt maximum. Good question!

• No. Almost any electric motor will have a starting surge far in excess of what this power supply can provide. Maybe you could run a bathroom exhaust fan with it, but not a motor that can operate an electric recliner chair.
