    • Answer Yes there is a second NVME slot on mine. Or you could replace the HDD With a 2.5 " SATA SSD.

  • QuestionFollow up. All wires are connected, I searched website for a downloadable manual but the model number is not found and “Yes”, I have the correct number. Led lights don’t work, rebooted several times. Someone from CyberPowerPC or Bestbuy please answer.

  • QuestionThis was a Christmas gift. Opened this morning and the led lights aren't working. I'm clueless about computers and have no idea what to look for. Any suggestions?

    • Answer On rear left panel unscrew two black screws and remove panel. In middle are 3 ports that wires may need reconnecting. Pictures indicate the order of connection. C button on top of computer controls the LEDs. We had to call and tech did video conference to show us. Hope this helps.
