“Can i use PCI-E wireless adapter instead of USB wireless adapter in this pc. Also how many PCE slots are free to use and does GPU prevent any PCE slot to use? In some pcs GPU doesn't let you use adjacent slot coz its wide enough to cover next pce slot.”

Hello, It looks like you'll be fine with this computer. the space looks to be more than wide enough and I've even attached a picture so you can see for yourself.

Certainly, just make sure that the adapter is Windows 10 compatible, & utilize 1 of the 3 unused PCi-E ports within the system.
