Is the Windows 10 64bit or something else null

All CyberpowerPC gaming desktops and laptops include 64-bit versions of Windows 10 pre-installed as this will allow you to get the most out of the hardware and have full access to all the RAM. Please note that 32-bit versions of Windows will have a memory limitation of 4GB regardless if you have more that 4GB installed. 64 bit OS and processor. coming from win7 im actually enjoying 10 a lot.
