I believe the power supply will be random. I ended up with some no name "power co., ltd" (model ATA-800FB-B). The water system is sealed, and you will not have to refill it.

This is also configured with a closed water liquid cooler and is a sealed unit which is maintenance free. Please note that this type of water cooler cannot be refilled.
