“If one was to change the Graphics card in this computer, would one have to change the processor or is it as simple as adding a graphics card on? If so which graphics cards would fit the motherboard?”

This computer does not have a video card, the graphics are all done from the CPU. So you would simply need to just install the video card. Also depending on the power of the card you may need to upgrade the PSU as well.
