In what context? Are you referring to online, content creation, streaming, gaming, music production, etc. The PC will function normally if kept with in its boundaries, pushing it beyond its limit may cause it to drop in performance to help complete certain intensive tasks. Or an unstable internet connection can cause it to lag if only use is needed to perform.
