The keyboard and mouse is good. There are 5 fans in total. Fornite: it’s able to play it but in medium setting so buy a graphics card . Bo4 it will run but low settings so get a graphic card

However, since it does not have a dedicated graphics card, it will not be able to handle Fortnite or Black Ops 4.
