The computer has a radeon video chip set built into the motherboard, for those without a dedicated video setup. If your computer came with a video card (dedicated), then those drivers, and the Bios switches on the motherboard, would be set to off. If there is a new driver version out, Win 10 wants to install them, but the switches are set to off, so the computer can't access the hardware, to update the system. Hope this helps.
