Hello! No unfortunately it doesnt but you can get an external disk drive on amazon for pretty cheap. They just plug into the back of the pc using USB. An internal one doesnt seem possible unless you do some DIY type of work. It does have Wifi sticks that boost bluetooth signals in the back. You could also get USB sticks that can do that too also for cheap.

Most case manufacturers have strayed away from adding space for an internal CD/DVD drive as everything is now downloaded online. However, you can purchase an external CD/DVD drive that uses a USB connection separately. Also this system should include Bluetooth capabilities.
