Yes. That is what we got it for and we have been playong on the rift s with no problem. Bonus is that it comes with the display port needed for the rift s since adapters won't work and it comes with antena to pick up wireless internet signals.

I can't say for sure. But I wouldn't count on it. They sell different cards for each build. You just need to go in and ask.
