“Would the computer do good with video and photo editing from Nikon and GoPro? Or should I go with that HP at term same price.”

Video editing is all about the cpu and ram, it can be done on this rig but just keep in my with pc what you pay is what you git. I would look for a better cpu but at this price rang hard to find better.
