Thanks for reaching out pwarner. The RAM will need to be similar in specs, or else it may not work. You can either add another 8GB DDR4 2400Mhz RAM, if not, you can remove the 8GB inside and add your own 16GB of RAM. Please make sure they are compatible with your motherboard.
