Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.Is it rebooting on you? If so Its probably due to a faulty power supply that cyberpowers are known to have. I just returned my cyberpower to bestbuy yesterday because of it rebooting. If you go on cyberpower forums there are plenty of people with this issue.

The PC is more than capable of handling the games specs., sometimes it’s the “added equip” you’re using (controllers, monitor etc.). If that isn’t the problem then return immediately! You never mentioned if it was shipped etc. more issues happen when shipped then you can imagine! Would you care about some box if that’s all you did all day long? Especially seeing it’s a high end (Well a grand in a box) PC.
