Customers are saying

Customers are delighted by the Gamer Master Gaming Desktop's impressive performance, great price, and ease of setup. Many appreciate the excellent graphics and high FPS rates achieved while gaming. However, some users experienced issues with fan noise and occasional problems with the mouse and power supply. Overall, the positive feedback on performance and value outweighs the reported issues with certain components.

Excellent computer for the price. Ryzen 5 3600 Asrock B550AM Gaming Asrock Radeon RX 5600XT Challenger Pro (which is overclocked by the Asrock to about 20% better performance vs normal stock 5600xt) 1 HDMI, 3 Display port 16GB XPG 3000 Case is very large so check the dimensions for your space. Pros - Excellent performance. Boots in 5-10 seconds. Higher end card in mine than advertised. All name brand parts I can see (I'm not opening it up to look at my hard drive or psu). No problems with the system other than the Windows license. Keyboard and Mouse are not high end, but nicer than I would expect as pack in items. Both light up. Keyboard is white only I think, mouse is rainbow. Very large case with two big fans in the front and one in the back for high airflow. Cons - Cyberpower forgot to enter the Windows 10 activation code, but it was a quick fix with their tech support and they emailed me the code a day later. I'm also not a big fan of the case. I like it has lots of space and airflow, but the shiny black glass all around it creates a lot of glare. I don't really care for the LEDs but you can turn them off so no problem there. My motherboard is Micro ATX, despite having a huge case, so somewhat limited options but it looks like a decent board, and is a B550.

As stated in another review, the internals are great; Most notably, it runs GTA 5 online with Very High settings at 80-100 fps. (Side note: I had to remove the game from the included Radeon software, as it kept changing my personal in-game settings.) I'd imagine you could run most games with the same results. For those interested - CyberPower puts in parts they have on hand to make pre-builts like this, so my particular PC was fitted with an ASRock B550AM Gaming motherboard and a CoolMaster cpu fan, plus all of the parts listed in the title - Unfortunately, I can't tell you much else without disassembling. As said, things run really well. The SSD is fast and responsive; The computer restarts in just under 40 seconds. When heavily gaming, the fans can get a bit loud but I've definitely have heard louder, and I'm assuming most people run with headsets, so it shouldn't be an issue. I was however messing around with some settings, namely the power options (IE Balanced, Performance, etc), and I decided to play around with the 'official' plans set up specifically for the Ryzen processor; I chose the AMD Ryzen High Performance plan and every time I launched GTA, my PC hard restarted with a GPU error in the dump file. Needless to say, I went back to the basic Balanced plan, and everything is back to normal. On to the cosmetics - 1) My case came with some damage which seemed to be 'overlooked' during assembly as the box it came in is undamaged. The metal on the back left side of the pc where the glass panel is removed to access the internals, is dented, which makes it so the glass panel does not fit into the case correctly, leaving a gap. Harmless, but still kinda sucks. 2) As stated in another review I read, I too had a hard time with the HDMI cord. Despite having two spots to put the GPU, the manufacturer decided the top most slot would be best; Turns out because of the case, the HDMI would not fit properly into the GPU port and had to be wedged and jammed in there. I rectified this by taking an X-Acto knife and carefully shaved down the HDMI casing until it was thin enough to slide in. On to the free mouse and keyboard - I haven't tried the keyboard as I already have my own, but I will not be using the mouse even though I would have had there not been damage to it as well. I pulled the mouse out of it's already opened box and immediately heard a rattling inside and upon further inspection, found that the (what I assume is) dpi buttons are permanently depressed into the mouse casing and had been shifted off to the side, rendering them useless. That all being said, this is only my personal experience with what is my first CyberPower PC and I've contacted them through social media as I have pictures to go along with my troubles, but unsurprisingly have yet to receive a response. Bottom line - 4/5 because it's still good computer once you look past and fix the glaring HDMI issue. You may or may not have other issues too. Ah, the joys of pre-builts. Hope this helps!

Hello, I have had this PC for about a month now and have been using it every day to play COD or Halo, and it performs very well. COD runs on high quality render settings at a steady 144 FPS while streaming twitch on my other monitor. One con is the fan can be on the more noisy side but it really isn't that bad, it does run are the warmer side as well about 50 degrees F. Luckily, the case has plenty of room for additional fans and other upgrades even with the giant Radeon graphics card. The Radeon interface is also very nice and user friendly. The case is beautiful and the RGB lights are a nice feature, they have multiple lighting presets that you can change with the button located on the top of the case in front of the USB imports. The only other con is that you can not control the lighting outside of the presets but that again isn't a big deal considering the PC's performance and price. In all, for the price, it is definitely worth it and is the perfect beginner gamer pc with room to upgrade in the future!

This PC is extravagant! My friend bullied me at first because it looked like a dipped strawberry, but they are just mad because they have a laptop. Anyways... This PC runs really good! I was a little worried that the parts on the inside of the casing were going to be damaged as a lot of the reviews stated difficulties but it came in fine! The only problem I encountered for this purchase is the mouse included with the PC came broken. The two middle buttons wont come back up and I notice that many other buyers face the same situation as I. Other than that, THIS WAS SO SUPES GOOD! for a PC that was 200 dollars off its really good :)

This runs all the games I want it too on the highest settings and can go from 100-300 FPS. On Rainbow Six Siege with the Ultra Hd Texture Pack installed and all maximum settings, it averages around 190-210 FPS, MW Warzone runs 120-150 FPS on Ultra Settings, and if you want to play older games like Team Fortress 2, or CSGO the FPS reaches as high as 300 on Ultra settings. I can stream well and it’s very fast on google chrome aswell as have multiple things open at once, It does everything I wanted it to do. The only Caviot is that the HDMI port is up to the “roof” part of the casing, you’d need a offset HDMI or a thin enough one to plug it in, I had to go through several cords I had until I found a thin enough one that fits. Another reviewer mentioned this and you can see it in the pictures I provide. The mouse and keyboard are also really nice. Mouse is perfect and Keyboard is nice feeling and on the quieter side, if you want a clacky and clicky keyboard, consider buying one separate. The keyboard is perfect for me it feels high quality

Bought this prebuilt as it was cheaper than building my own PC at the time of buying. Not half bad for a prebuilt system, the system cable management was beautiful and even has an NVME SSD for the boot drive which is very nice at this price point. I really like the case and the small airflow vents on top and bottom of front panel seem to be enough for this system. It performs better than expected for a ryzen 5 3600 rx 5600xt system. I was worried about the power supply as I always am in prebuilt systems, but there is a really nice quality thermaltake 600w gold unit that can supply up to 588w to the 12v rail (the rail that your main components get their power from) this is more than enough to run the components in this PC and is great for this price. only letdown was the cpu cooler which let the cpu run at 95c all the time. I upgraded the cpu cooler to a slightly beefier deepcool gammax 500 and applied an overclock/undervolt which performs better and keeps the cpu at below 60C most of the time. 95C is in spec for the ryzen 5 3600 so I suppose I can't complain too much. Also I was a bit hesitant to buy as it only had 3000mhz cl15 ram which was a little slow, BUT the ram I got lucky in my system with crucial E die memory that overclocked really well and after the overclock performance increased about 5-7% in most games which is pretty good by my standards. Unlike MANY other prebuilts this pc does not use proprietary parts which means better upgradablility in the future and it looks nicer on the inside. Came with an old bios version installed that caused crashes intermittently but I updated the bios to version 1.4 and has not crashed since, great system would definitly reccomend to buy this prebuilt if you cannot build your own system. For anyone wondering I overclocked the ram to 3534mhz at cl15 1.35v, and the cpu to 4250mhz at 1.172v.

First PC; so far so excellent! Everything went out smoothly when starting it up. I literally have no problems so far. It's smooth like butter, fast, and fits my needs PERFECTLY. Finally I don't have to rely on my MacBook Air 11" 2015 for all the stuff I need and want to do, this does every job perfectly. I don't play any high-end games at all, just games like Minecraft and TF2 and that jargon. Yes, the fans can be a little noisy, but it's definitely not any bad. It's certainly noticeable but not to the point of cause for concern! Other than the fans being a little loud-ish, which is really not anything bad or impacts performance in any way, it's perfect! I will probably update this in a few months or so. I'm just so happy that I bought this on sale! :') Attached a couple photos of it just because I liked how it looks inside. The lights are white because I changed them to white (there is a button at the opposite end of the power button to change the lights).

.Just got this and it runs amazingly. Came with an ASRock b550AM motherboard and the XFX RX 5600 XT Thicc II Pro. Runs Call of Duty: Black Ops Cold War at around about 144 fps (on low settings but 100% 3d res at 1080p) and runs fortnite at over 200 in game on all low and around 130 - 144 on ultra settings. (also runs 400+ fps in creative)

I was going to build my own, but with current stocks and lack of actual sales I was hard pressed to find the parts at a competitive price. I purchased this desktop for $750 while on sale. The main reason was because it was to come with a b550 mobo and it did, which is great for the 5000 series ryzens. Once it finally arrived after several delays, I inspected it. Outside the ketchup and mustard wires the interior was perfect. I expected to find single slot RAM, but was surprised it came dual channel. I had to get into the bios to increase the RAM hz. I haven't messed with the RGB, but suspect it can be disconnected from the case and to the mobo to provide better customization. From a price to performance at the price I got it for, it was amazing. My only concern is the case design, which may lead to internal Temps being too high. If I were to wait and wait until supplies become available again, I probably could build something slightly, and im using that term lightly, slightly better for the same price. It had nearly no bloatware, came with two free games, and performs exactly as I expected. I only wish the Radeon included was not an asrock and a better quality one, but it will do until the 6800xt stocks are available to the average person.

I'm a former dedicated MacBook Pro user who needed a more powerful machine to handle video editing and graphic design. I didn't buy this PC with the intention to game at all really. Specs are what I wanted for graphic and video work. So far it's delivering on that. I've had it up and running for about 3 days with no issues. Shipped fast too! I know these PCs are built on a budget at CyberPowerPC. They buy parts in bulk and build these pre-builts with the most affordable parts that meet the specs. Please be aware of that before buying. There ARE differences in builds, even sold in the same time frame. I did my research and knew what to expect. That being said, I got an pretty decent build. Nicer parts than I kinda expected. My build is listed below. Definitely got the luck of the draw. My build: Mobo: Gigabyte B450M DSH3 (with Wifi) CPU: Ryzen 5 3600 w/ Cooler Master CPU Air Cooler RAM: 16gb (8gb x 2) Crucial Ballistix 3000mhz DDR4 GPU: XFX Radeon RX 5600 XT RAW II Pro (MUCH better than I expected) SSD: XPG 500gb SSD M.2 HDD: 1tb 7200 HDD PSU: Apevia 600w 80 Plus Gold Case cooled by 3 CyperPowerPC 120mm RGB Case Fans (I rerouted these to the Mobo, instead of the controller/case button CyberPowerPC shoddily installed, just my preference) No issues at all with any parts or components so far. Very happy with what I received. I only plan to add water-cooling in the near future as this setup can be overclocked. BUT....... There are a few gripes I have about the experience of buying a $1000 PC that could have been better. First off, when I received the unit, I did all the pre-check to get it up and running. Opened the side panel to check cabling and components hadn't shifted in shipping, to find that the expanding foam bag that holds it all in place had ruptured while expanding at some point. There was foam scattered all around the PC case. I was able to get most of it out, but there are a few spots with stains from where the foam stuck to it while still curing. These aren't visible from the outside, but it makes my $1000 PC feel like it didn't have a "clean start". Someone tell me how to get these stains out of my case without damaging it! (Pics showing spots included) After getting what I could cleaned up, I booted everything up and it all powered up just fine. Windows booted normally, updates began, and I installed a few programs. Now I get the warning that the copy of Windows 10 on my PC is NOT ACTIVATED. It prompted me to input the product key. Problem is, there is no physical form of the product key ANYWHERE in the box, paperwork, or in the case. I know modern computers have them embedded in the system digitally, but maybe a written copy of that code used to be included with every PC you bought a few years ago. I had to call CyberPowerPC and they were more than willing to fix the situation. They sent me a new product key within an hour via email and that got the problem fixed. So now it's all running smoothly and it's all legit. Had to print the email with the product key on it in case I have any issues and need to re-install Windows 10. Overall, the PC is great. Just wish there was a better new user experience for the $1000 price point. Felt kinda cheap and not as spectacular as it should have been.

Great buy, really good 1080p rig. I normally build but I bought this for a client. Checked everything to make sure everything was set up right no lose cables or displaced ram sticks. One of the only cons was that it came with 3000mhz ddr4 and it’s not set up at the factory to its xmp profile of 3000mhz its set at its base clock of 2400mhz. So make sure that you get into the bios and change that before you play. Ryzen CPU’s run a lot better at 3000-3800mhz ddr4.

Great Gaming Desktop For Today's World

This is a great gaming desktop for the price, especially in today's world of insanely priced GPUs due to supply shortages. The desktop comes with specs good enough to just jump into gaming, no upgrades needed. The GPU that's included, the Radeon 5600XT, is about on par with an NVIDIA 2060. It's not the top of the line, but for this price, you aren't going to get that. My only two complaints are that the foaming insert that CyberPowerPC includes in the desktop to prevent components shifting during shipping. That "foam" was pretty solid, and a pain to remove as it felt like I was going to have to break some component to get it out. You will also want to get your own keyboard and mouse; the included keyboard is extremely stiff and hard to type on and the mouse that came with my desktop was just awful. In fact, the mouse that came with mine had buttons that broke the first time I touched them. I wasn't planning to use it, but that is still very disappointing.

I purchased this a few months ago. I use it for school and some gaming on the weekends. It does a pretty good job running most games in 1080p at 60 fps and higher. Its large enough to leave room for upgrades, but tbh I’d probably buy the next one up with liquid cooling and better processor and graphics card for the extra 200 if i were to do it over.

DISCLAIMER: I had to reinstall windows myself because the PC would not boot up after restarting/turning off. Have had the pc for well over a month now and it runs games with a lot of FPS, Not too loud either. My pc came with a completely different motherboard, and the ram is only 2666 MHZ which is okay but not that good. The RGB lights aren’t the best and you could find and install better ones. The mouse doesn’t even light up at all even with the instruction of the DPI buttons. The graphics card is weird because even searching it’s complete name from the tag I can’t find it at all online (I’m talking about the exact model/design of the card) Overall it is a pre-built and they’re going to cheap out on most things like ram/motherboard/non-working mouse, etc I would recommend this pc for something below 1k it really beats most if not a lot of the builds nowadays. Oh yeah the back had some weird sticky stuff that can’t be taken off.

This is it chief. No but seriously, this PC is great overall. Looks amazing, easy to setup out of the box (you should definitely read the QuickStart manual and the notes on the PC itself), good quality brand name parts (already listed in other reviews), and fans provide great airflow. The only caveat is that the sound of the fans are pretty noticeable if you don’t have any music or something else to drown it out. If you break down the list of parts included, it’s well worth the price of this PC. I would recommend this to any beginner to intermediate user. I went with this because of the value and the ability to future proof and upgrade in the future as needed.
