I bought one as a Christmas gift for my son and then returned it the day after Christmas. It took an hour or so to get it connected and after it worked for 2 hours it stopped connecting to the monitor. No matter what we tried it wouldn’t work anymore. The reviews before we bought it were good, but reviews since had a lot of the same problems. After we returned it in the store we purchased a MSI gaming desktop computer that has twice as much power and is supposed to be a better quality gaming computer. They’re out of stock in the store, but it should arrive on the 30th so we’ll pick it up then. Side note: I had the first computer shipped to our house & apparently that’s a big mistake because we were told by the store that UPS doesn’t handle it as gently as if you have it sent from the Best Buy distribution center directly to the Best Buy store and then pick it up yourself. We didn’t make that mistake this time.
