“Does this just "meet" the minimum requirements for vr or does it meet recommended as well. I dont plan on playing too extravagant games but I'd like to play some above average vr games. Would this be able to handle those games? Like boneworks, fallout vr”

I would compare each game's requirements to what the pc has. Each game is different, but it should be fine for most.
