The best way to purchase more RAM for the PC would be to look up the serial number on the side of the RAM and purchase the exact same stick. It is always recommended that you have matching sticks of RAM inside your PC to avoid incompatibility issues. Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.You can use DDR4 3000MHz or 3200MHz. I would make sure that the Memory sticks are matching. Remove the provided 8GB stick and put in 2 x 8GB or 16GB matching sticks. Use the 2 gray or the 2 black slots. 2 x 16Gb is always better than 4 x 8GB
