A:AnswerIf you mean turning the LEDs on, they all should come on and switch colors together. If only some are working, open the hinged door on the front and check to make sure all the wires for the fans are plugged in securely. They can tend to unplug themselves whilst being transported or removing the foam inside. If the issue still persists call the customer service line, they are very helpful!
