QuestionWill i need to update anything like the window 10 or drivers ? If so is it hard to do .....ps im new 2 pc gameing

- Answer Yes as you would have to update the drivers. It is very easy, as you have to go to AMD Ctrl Panel. You would have to update Windows 10 but that will Notify you. So very easy bud.

QuestionI've had this computer for almost a full 2 months (its a really good pc btw) and I've seen constumer pictures with the bright lights my question is how do I turn those lights on?

QuestionWhat are the two small buttons on the top right of the GMA 2800, how do you turn the lights on the keyboard and mouse off?

QuestionHello - Purchased this desktop in August and it just stopped working. Have spoken to tech support and still not working. Is there a warranty that we can use to get this fixed somehow?

Questionso i love this gaming computer but i have questions this one is really important on certain games im get a buzzing noise sounds like its coming from the motherboard fan or graphics card.. also i get no noise at all when im not playing anything why?

QuestionI see that in the first image that there is mouse, and in the second image there is another different one. Which one are we getting when purchased????

- Answer Its a standard gaming mouse that lights up, its more like the first image with minor difference (all black instead of silver on it). The keyboard does not light up like the mouse and comp though.

QuestionHow much of the parts in the case are proprietary? Like could I replace the graphics card or the CPU if I needed too, or are the spots all custom made for Cyberpower pcs? Also how many bays are for things like an extra hard drive and a dvd drive?

- Answer Thanks for reaching out Aisling. You can replace any part inside the computer at any given point in time. Just make sure they are compatible with the motherboard. Please be aware that the warranty may only cover original parts that came with the computer. The extra bays and optical drive depend on the case. This case might not allow an internal optical drive. However, the case should allow for 2 SSDs and 2 HDDs altogether. The case is a Phanteks P350X. QuestionHey I was thinking about buying this and I was wondering if the computer is free sync compatible or not. Doesn't really matter I just want to know whether I should get a free sync moniter or not. Thank you

However, the cable that may need to be used is a DisplayPort 1.2 or higher.
