“What psu is used with this pc? Recently it started crashing while playing games. Drivers are updated, case and hardware are cleaned regularly, etc. The monitor goes out and the keyboard and mouse lights too but the pc rgb fan remains on. Any help please?”

I URGE you to return this product for a refund and purchase another gaming rig. I have had problems with the video signal from my Cyberpower PC since I purchased it in July 2019. Don't wait! I am reaching out to Best Buy to ask them to stop carrying products by Cyberpower PC. Their customer support is crap and if you need to send in the entire PC for service, you have to pay for shipping out of pocket.
