Why does my computer only have 8 gb of ram in it null

Try contacting customer support because you might have gotten the wrong pc and even the 16gb of ram is only 2400mhz speed which is slow for the 3700x so I think you should upgrade or not that's just a recommendation that's what I did and it runs butter smooth.
