QuestionWith the Liquid Cooling system is it sealed and does it ever have to be refilled? Also, what type of processer does it have and what type of cooling fan?

- Answer Yes this computer has a closed loop liquid cooling. Does not require filling or anything. Its good enough for regular work. If you decide to overclock i would recommend a better model tho.

QuestionHow do you change the led colors inside the computer? Is there a certain program?

- Answer On the front top panel there are 2 black icons. It's kind of confusing, but UNDER the lip, there are buttons for these icons. The leftmost is for changing the LED colors, the right is the PC reset switch. Additionally if you hold the LED switch down you can turn them off.

QuestionCan this pc handle 4k gaming? And can you overclock both the cpu and gpu

- Answer The one I got came with a MSI z170a PC Mate, Corsair cx650m PSU, and a MSI series GTX 1080 gaming x 8g. None of which are good for overclocking. For some reason no one has had good luck OCing the 1080 gaming x from MSI. It's kind of a lottery there though. But the mother board and PSU are not good for overclocking period. They work just fine without any OC but once you turn any kind of OC on, Crash and Reboot. That's just my experience. For 4k gaming at this price point, I would build my own PC if I were you.

- Answer good question, this pc came with cd's when i purchased it and there is no drive bay's nor any slots on the case to install any. I dont understand it also, would have been a smarter option to provide usb files instead or a USB copy of windows 10.

QuestionIs there anything I need to do after I take it out of the package or is everything set and ready to go?

- Answer It IS NOT READY TO GO. You must open the housing pull out VERY GENTLY the stuffing inside (used to keep the components inside safe and not moved bf around durIng shipping). I REALLY MEAN IT WHEN I SAY VERY GENTLE. The packaging is protecting parts, if you yank it out you will yank the parts out that the packaging is covering. Then you must ENSURE ALL THE WIRES INSIDE ARE CONNECTED. PUSH ALL of them into ports so they are snug (they might be loose). After that plug in the included mouse and keyboard and you are set. Note: THERE IS NO WIFI CARD in this computer, you have to use wired Ethernet connection.

- Answer The motherboard in the computer has various PCIe slots available for use. You will be able to fit an Elgato and a Wifi adapter. However the computer case does not have any bays for a internal optical drive so a external drive will be needed if one wishes to use disks. Questionhow loud is the tower. I bought and I buy power gaming pc about 3 years ago and looking to upgrade. since day one the tower i have now sounds like a jet taking off. is this fairly quiet? Or is it still a lot of fan noise?

QuestionI just bought this PC and am very confused as to why the C drive is only 238 GB while the D drive is 1.81 TB. I thought the C drive (where everything gets installed to) was supposed to be the bigger one. Did they mix up where they plugged them in or what?

- Answer The (C:) drive is the letter a drive is assigned when it has Windows installed on to it for the first time. Since the SSD is the boot drive it was automatically assigned Drive C.
