It IS NOT READY TO GO. You must open the housing pull out VERY GENTLY the stuffing inside (used to keep the components inside safe and not moved bf around durIng shipping). I REALLY MEAN IT WHEN I SAY VERY GENTLE. The packaging is protecting parts, if you yank it out you will yank the parts out that the packaging is covering. Then you must ENSURE ALL THE WIRES INSIDE ARE CONNECTED. PUSH ALL of them into ports so they are snug (they might be loose). After that plug in the included mouse and keyboard and you are set. Note: THERE IS NO WIFI CARD in this computer, you have to use wired Ethernet connection.

We had to go back to the store and buy one after geek squad took a look and let us know what was the problem. As long as you have made sure to ask for everything you think you would need it might be okay to just plug it in and let it rip. Good Luck
