My PC I just got came with a Toshiba DT01ACA300 7200rpm data drive (and INTEL SSDPEKKW512G7 system drive). Orange is the only LED color. Windows 10 Home. Not sure about power consumption.

The HDD is 7200 rpm. The LED color is not configurable, The system has Windows 10 Home.
