• There is a smaller button behind the 2 top USB ports that will cycle the RGB colors/settings. If you hold it down, it turns the lights off

• You can turn off the lights. There is a separate button to turn off the lights completely on the top of the case.

• Yes, you can select from a variety of preset lighting schemes with the button on top of the case. And, fortunately, one of those options is 'off' altogether.

• From my experience with this PC, you can't turn of the lights.
