“Of the two top audio jacks, I dont see any indication on the case which is mic in and which is headphone. I have a headset with a single 3.5mm jack that worked as audio and mic in on my alienware laptop but I cant get mic in to work on this machine.”

Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.it depends if your headset is PC compatible because if you plug the audio jack in with a PC compatible headset it should show the audio settings that give you the option to choose whether you’re using a mic or headphones
