The liquid cooling unit has two cords. One for power and one for RBG, same with the front fans. The power cords will be plugged into the PSU, if you don't know what a PSU is google it. The other cords coming from the fans are plugged into a little board, this is the RBG controller. You would have to play with all of this to see if it's working. Keep in mind the RBG on the fans and cooler are only controlled by the other button on top of the case. Only the CPU fan is controllable via bios FYI.
