It'll come plug and play. The liquid cooler is an All-in-One that is sealed, so you never really see or interact with coolant. Open the box, plug it in, and turn it on.

You will probably just need to remove packaging stuff first time and after first boot, probably just update the graphical drivers and some windows update. I don't have this pc, I just have experience with prebuilds.
