“Does this have AIO water cooler? Plugged ARGB wires in that became disconnected during shipping and got all but 1 fan lit, and now the AIO is lighting up as well but nothing is detected in BIOS and the computer runs rather hot with both sides off still.”

Mine came with foam packing and a card instructing me to check that no connections came loose during shipping, which i did and all are lighting up. Check your headers, you can go to the Asus Prime x570 Pro website to reference where they go if yours came completely loose.
