Is this DDR4 or DDR5 Ram and what speed is the ram null

ddr 5 ud5 -6000 teamgroup HYNIX A die. Really good memory. I can oc it to 6600mzh with xmp timings or run it at default 6000mhz and 32, 38, 38 ,28

Mine came with T-force DDR5-6000, however mine will only do CL40/5600 stable (XMP 2nd profile). I haven't fussed too much with trying to optimize that further.
