A:Answer Hello Neil, I hope you got this answer elsewhere, however in case you did not. That sticker is there because the processor in this unit is a KF model which does not have integrated video capability in the CPU alone. Therefore plugging an HDMI or DP directly into the motherboard would result in no video on the monitor. Regardless of this however you should be connecting the monitor to the Graphics Card and not to the motherboard in general as long as you have a dedicated graphics card.
