• Yes they do. I just picked mine up today and it comes as shown in the image. Note: The physical "LED" button on my PC did not work. I called CyberPowerPC and they sent me a link to download and install Armoury Crate that lets me control the RGB settings from the App.

• Yes they do, the tower comes complete as shown in the BB images. Please note that my PC did not come with a working "LED" button even though there is one on the top of the tower. I called CyberPowerPC and they emailed me a link to download and install Armoury Crate which allows me to change and modify the RGB settings from the App.
