Please try again later.Yes, the button on top must be "on" - however... after removing the "solid" side panel (not the "clear" panel) I found a few of the little wire leads had come loose from the little power distribution block / circuit thing. I simply plugged in all the wires and the lights came on. Hope this helps!
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.On the one I bought, you have to hold in the other button for a couple seconds to turn on or turn off the RGB lights. A quick press will not do anything if the lights are off. The quick press when the lights are on cycles through the modes and colors.
