Although the specs are not the latest, it's pretty good for being my first gaming PC. I don't know much on how to build a PC but this one is doing well so far and was on sale for a good price. Runs games like Overwatch and Apex Legends on high with at least 60 FPS. The RGB color and liquid cooling system are great and work flawlessly.
Lost a star because the 240 GB SSD did not show up in my Devices and drives, and therefore inaccessible, even though it shows up in my disk management with a healthy partition. Not sure how to fix it.

Unboxing: Simple enough, I had to fight to get it out of the styrofoam. Thick styrofoam was consoling, as it had a better chance to protect the PC. Upon taking off the plastic cover for the tempered glass side, I noticed quite a few surface scratches, which were a bit of an eyesore at first. I was able to clean those up enough to make them no longer visible. The CyberPower logo on the front of the case is not centered and is crooked, which drives me absolutely crazy!
Start Up: PC started up fine, no problems with the wiring being undone or any RGB problems for my fans. Minimal setting up aside from Microsoft stuffs.
Running PC; Idle Use: Silent, wouldn’t notice anything from it. My temps are extremely concerning. Using software to read temps, my CPU sits on average of 90-110 degrees Fahrenheit. Inspecting the CPU and cooler, everything checks out, thermal paste is applied nicely.
Running PC; Gameplay: I currently play - The Sims 4 with the graphics up completely. Graphics card fans kick up super loud noise, but nothing that isn’t manageable with music or something similar. I run from 60FPS to about 120FPS, give or take. - GTA 5 has the graphics set to high, but not to ULTRA high. Again the graphics card makes itself known. I run 60FPS-120FPS on this game as well. The other games I own run well without generating a lot of graphics card noise and maintaining high graphics.
Overall, this PC is a good buy to start with. The case size is okay, you can definitely upgrade the PC if you make a choice to. There is definitely better out there, but this does a great job at its price. I recommend keeping an eye on your internal temps as the fans don’t really move the hot air out of the case, most of the heat being between the power supply and graphics card.
Keyboard and mouse are good to start with, if you can afford Razer or a Corsair keyboard or mouse, I would reach for those.

Was contemplating building an AMD-based box around the 2700X/RX390...yeah, new 3000 series CPU and cards are right around the corner...anyway, this guy popped up on sale and has the right specs so I jumped on it.
Startup is fast as can be expected given drive configuration, graphics are great for the light gaming I do, photo editing [Photoshop] is really responsive [render times are great, I'm benchmarking against i7-8700 boxes w Nvidia cards - 1080 and 2080], and I like the lighting choices. The white case w glass panel looks great; I like that both side poanesl can be removed.
Parts on these will vary as you can read in the Q&A section but this one came equipped w a Gigabyte mobo, XFX RX390 card, Thermaltake PSU, Geil RAM, Adata SSD and Seagate HD - all fine in my book. Plus, case is large and nicely arranged which will allow easy upgrades in the future.
Although the CPU is watercooled [I'm guessing it is a rebadged Corsair unit] the case fans/GPU fans put out a low sound level under light load and begin to talk loudly under heavy loads. Not a negative factor, just be aware if you expect a silent PC.
Minor point: The wireless connection speed w my Linksys router was typically 72Mbps using the supplied antennas. I had an old Hawking standalone antenna and hooked it up to get speeds hanging at 400Mbps consistently, Other PCs in this same spot got better speeds so I'm thinking the supplied antennas were the culprit.
This is after less than 1 week of ownership but I'm really pleased with this system and highly recommend it esp if the prices drop after the July AMD rollout of new CPUs.

Got this as a PC as well as to do some light gaming. Game with the game I wanted to play anyways so that was a win win. The CPU is a beast and the graphics card will handle Div 2 on high setting getting almost 100fps at times no lag or skipping. I'm just getting into PC gaming so for that this is a great machine. For all other tasks I need it for work and web browsing or watching streams or videos it has no problem at all. The RGB is a bonus as it looks great. I'm even going to upgrade it a little but not until I have too. For the price you can't really go wrong.

I bought this PC because I wanted a reliable, dependable, and expandable computer that I could use as a daily driver. I use my PC mostly for office/enterprise applications and some graphic design work. I spent several hours comparing many different big-name towers (Dell, HP, etc.), but finally landed on CyberPowerPC - a brand which I had previously very little familiarity with - due to its impressive specs & alluring price-point. After a few weeks of use, I am incredibly happy with my purchase, and may never go back to Dell again! All of my peripherals have installed seamlessly upon connecting them, the lack of bloatware from the likes of Dell/HP keeps my Start Screen and Desktop looking clean and sleek, and the response time of every task is quick and satisfying. I look forward to many years of both personal & professional endeavors on my new favorite computer!

I needed a PC for photo and video editing and I believe this was the best bang for the buck. I haven’t used windows in over 10 years as Mac’s have been my main go-to computer, and they have been great, however, future upgrades are almost non-existent now and I wanted something I could upgrade down the road.
Here’s why I recommend it:
• This PC runs extremely well and is very quick.
• AMD Storage MI enabled which is nice for quick startups and file maintenance.
• M2 slots to add NVME drives
• Decent video card
• Nice case and runs quiet when not running at full tilt
• Liquid cooling is sweet and should help to keep things cool, although it’s not mentioned on the specs on best buy’s website
• No bloatware. There isn’t a million apps loaded that will bog the machine down
• Overclocking is simple, if you’re into that kinda thing
• Customizable and upgradeable for years to come. You don’t get that with a Mac.
The reason I gave it 4 stars and not five:
• The video card runs very well, however it is not quiet by any means when putting it through it’s paces. Not necessarily a deal breaker, just know that it will scare the cat.
• The RGB lights on one of the case fans was not working. I have a very long history in computing so I wasn’t afraid to get my hands dirty. One of the connections on the RGB controller was loose. I plugged the power supply back in and VIOLA! I realize this could have happened in transit from the factory to my house, however, the connections are not top notch, nor was it secured by thermal tape.
• I am purchased an NVMe drive, however, the screws for the M2 slot are missing. The only accessory that came from the CyberPowerPC was the Motherboard CD (these screws are included with the motherboard, but they didn't find their way to me). Finding M2 screws locally is not an easy task so I may have to spend money to order online as Best Buy couldn’t get any for me.
Overall I would recommend this for the price, but I wouldn’t recommend this for a novice as you have to remove the case cover to remove the packing material utilized to keep the insides safe. This is very trivial, but can be intimidating to someone who have never done this before. Maybe Best Buy can do this for you without charging an arm and a leg.

First off, in short, the system is worth every penny paid for it. This is a solid mid level game system and I say mid level because of the video card. The RX590 is like an in between 1060, 1070, 2060 card and works very well at 1080p and can manage some 1440p gaming. I did encounter some issues but I will give much props for the tech support from CyberpowerPC for resolving the issues with me over the phone.
1 - 2 fans RGB was not working at boot up. Simple fix the connections at the RGB controller were disconnected.
2 - After about an hour the RGB lighting quit. I contacted CyberpowerPC Tech Support and within 10 mins the diagnose was a bad controller and they're sending me a new one.
Those were the bads. Now for the goods.
System response time is amazingly fast. No lag, hangups or freezes during gameplay or working with other applications. System is very quiet and even during the stress test the fans do get ramped up but the overall volume was acceptable. I havent come accross any game that it cannot play.
I would of given it 5 stars if it was not for the issue with the RGB system.

I got this pc about 3 months ago for gaming purposes and i have not had any issues i am glad i choose this pc because it is able to run most of the games i own at 144 fps (capped frames). Such as fortnite, rainbow six seige, battlefield 4 all on highest settings. Other games like destiny 2 i am able to run at an average of 90-100 at high settings, forza horizon 4 i am able to run it at 95-100 on ultra settings. The graphics card tends to run on the hotter side but even when the fans are spinning at a high speed the pc tends to stay quiet. This pc also comes with rgb fans and multiple colors that look great both day and night.
Overall i would recommend this pc to friend and it is a good starter pc.

I purchased this PC not so much for gaming, but for having good specs for longevity. This PC is replacing a Sony VAIO AIO that was about 7 years old. Pay up front and it'll last is my motto. Yes, I could have spent even more, but this PC is at least upgradable. The AIO was limited to HD and RAM. I'm very happy with this PC and the lack of Bloatware is amazing! No issues with first boot and it is packed very well in the box! I am very happy with the speed and the low fan sound that is emitted from it. I highly recommend this!

ok so i bought my pc in July of 2019. I had a few issues off the bat with crashing and memory dumps. I have since upgraded the GPU to a 2070 MSI gaming Z and upgraded the ram to 32 gb of ddr4 2666. Over all the PC does what its intended to do and runs quiet.
Now the bad. Mine came with the asrock b450 m pro CB motherboard and let me tell you this causes issues. the Bios has not been updated since 4/19 and that's according to the Cyberpower website. anything i try to install from Asrock will not allow it to install due to the Cyber power custom motherboard. there is no way to confirm what type of memory that can be put in this thing that i could find. I have called CP and was told to contact Asrock once calling Arock i was told to call CP due to its a custom Mobo from them. Needless to say im at the point of prob upgrading the Mobo anyway to something that will support DDR4 3000 ram. Also the Audio drivers will not update at all.

This tower is very fast to boot up via the 240 GB SATA SSD and with the included 2TB hard drive, 16GB of RAM combined with the Ryzen 7 series CPU and discreet GPU it operates smoothly easily handling multiple apps and browser tabs simultaneously and gaming is great at 1080p. I don’t have a 4K monitor and the GPU’s gaming FPS might not hold up as well at that resolution; but for the money, I am very satisfied with the overall computing experience. It’s a big case and may be a little loud for some. But I don’t mind the fan noise, given the cooling that is needed and delivered for a system with this horsepower. The RGB lighting is a nice and fun little added bonus. Overall, I love this system at about 1/3 the price of a comparably speced out iMac.

Bought it to run Hitfilm and other editing programs. Plugged it in and had it running very quickly. The usb connections on the top make it much easier when using sd cards. It's a nice looking machine and i think it runs quiet even though it has like 5 fans. There's also 2 more memory slots which is crazy.

So I don’t know much about gaming computers, but my son does. He did all the research on this model as it was purchased for him. I bought it for him while it was on sale ($150 off) which was only $30 dollars more than the next lower version that has a slower graphics card. Needless to say he loves it and was impressed with how fast and easy his games are, and the resolution even on the highest setting did not lag. If he is impressed than so am I.
