A:AnswerIt shouldn't have any issue running that game at all, I run Space Engineers which supposedly requires a I7 and a 1080ti at max settings with no issues
If you are unsure use the site CanIRunIt.com it will run a system scan and show you what games you can and can not run along with upgrade options

The thermals for your GPU are normal, as AMD products tend to run a bit hotter than Intel/Nvidia Products.
Fans on the side of the case are for intake fans, and fans on the top should be set to exhaust.
