QuestionHellow, How do I turn on the leds? I don't see an app, nor I got a remote control, and the only button other than the power button, does nothing... Please help

QuestionCan this play games in 4K and most games in ultra settings? I’m trying to look for something in 2019 that I can just walk into and not worry about having to upgrade it for at least like three years

- Answer It will play most tittles at 4k but don't expect 60 FPS. This is more built for the 1080p and 1440p gaming.

QuestionWhy does this not come with available DVD or CD player? Aren't most games sold on DVD or CD for installation?

Most games are digital now, however, if you still have a game that requires a disc, you can always purchase an external CD/DVD drive. - Answer Yes happened to us too! My son wanted this for the lights and we returned the first one and second one the same thing - one light doesn’t work! Piece of crap for the money. Now we have the hassle of returning again or trying to get it fixed!

- Answer It shouldn't have any issue running that game at all, I run Space Engineers which supposedly requires a I7 and a 1080ti at max settings with no issues If you are unsure use the site CanIRunIt.com it will run a system scan and show you what games you can and can not run along with upgrade options

QuestionAre the fans on the side of the case supposed to intake or exhaust? and the gpu is reaching 82c while gaming is that normal?

- Answer Thanks for reaching out, The thermals for your GPU are normal, as AMD products tend to run a bit hotter than Intel/Nvidia Products. Fans on the side of the case are for intake fans, and fans on the top should be set to exhaust.
