“Can this play games in 4K and most games in ultra settings? I’m trying to look for something in 2019 that I can just walk into and not worry about having to upgrade it for at least like three years”

It will play most tittles at 4k but don't expect 60 FPS. This is more built for the 1080p and 1440p gaming.
