It uses the Evega GTX 1080. I can get Skyrim special edition nodded past max to run at 120fps in some places with 60 being my lowest average. Yes it can handle 4k and even VR. It also has room for 1 more gpu in case the future needs another one.

That being said; the GTX 1080 is the highest performance video card available currently, & should not have any problems running games at higher graphical settings. It is also capable of rendering display at a 4k resolution.
