Okay I got it connected to the white end connecter that also lead to the motherboard and it is working now. Thanks for the help everyone.

I would pull your panel and double check the power cable and make sure it didn't get unplugged when you removed the foam insert that came with the PC. You can contact their support line at 888-900-5100, make sure you have your serial number from the back of the machine. It's at the top of the machine and starts with ET Hope that helps!

Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.The top fan works on mine. Perhaps you have a lose or disconnected power connector? If it is securely connected i recommend calling Cyberpower support. You might have a bad fan.
