This model PC configured with four 8GB DDR4 memory modules. To upgrade to 64GB you will need to replace all four memory modules with four 16GB DDR4 memory modules. Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.The motherboard that came in mine was the Gigabyte GA-Z170-HD3P, with 4 slots for RAM as you noted. Mine has 4 sticks installed, 8GB each. The motherboard does support up to 64GB if you wish to replace all the RAM with 16GB sticks. Just a side note, in all the reviews I read, I saw one person had a MSI motherboard in his PC. So there is no guarantee you'll have the same motherboard I have in mine.
