We're not sure on your source for that information but for over 15 years CyberpowerPC's customer service and support staff have always available for assistance on our products and we never use refurbished or used parts on any brand new PC builds. I had an issue right out of the box and called them up. They were very helpful. Walked through several troubleshooting steps and found a part defective and had new one out in two days. Their service is why I am buying this system as a upgrade from the Borg system I got last year.
