yes you can upgrade the graphics card, much like i would, but the power supply is optional, but depending on the graphics card you might be able to keep the power supply but if you get a high end graphics card you might want to bump to a 720 watt power supply and with that power supply you would be able to upgrade other things like your cooling if you switch to liquid or something. and you can use most known brand gpus with this pc.
